  • Exchange your performance day/time up to one week before your scheduled performance, by phone or in person, with no fees*.
  • Add-on tickets to your subscription and subscriber early access shows before the general public.
  • Enjoy presale access to shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues, including Capital Reparatory Theatre, and Universal Preservation Hall.
  • Save 10% off qualifying shows at all Proctors Collaborative venues.

*Eligible subscription discounts will always be applied to pricing at the time of exchange. Pricing is affected by seating sections, subscriber tier, performance choices, and variable/dynamic pricing which can result in additional charges or banked credit on account.
